Bill wins the Kenda Studded tires.

Bill Clikeman and fellow WRCS riders Cullen Watkins, Danny Klein, Joe Lee, Kelly Paterson, Pete Favata, Robert Herriman, and Shawn Meredith qualified for the random drawing at the beginning of ride #25 which had Bill taking home the big prize.
